Ken Stark

Owner and president of Stark and Associates, Inc., Ken Stark brings over two decades of sales, sales management and senior management experience to his corporate and individual clients. He began his business career as a sales trainee for a Fortune 500 subsidiary, progressed through the ranks as national sales manager, vice president of sales and marketing, and eventually became president of the company. He then went on to head up additional companies with domestic and overseas operations and sales. Ken established his own company, Stark and Associates, Inc., an Authorized Licensee of Sandler Training®, in St. Louis in September 1997. The business has enjoyed a highly successful startup and steady growth. Ken and his associates have built a client base made up of dynamic, growth-oriented businesses who are committed to top-grading their sales and sales management teams, and consider Stark & Associates, Inc. as their prime resource in that critical area.
Ken's early teaching and coaching experience, combined with a successful sales and senior management career, enables him to bring a unique, practical, real-world perspective and a results-based commitment to Stark & Associates' corporate and individual clients.
Patti Harty
Patti Harty has been a principal partner for 10 years of Stark & Associates—a St. Louis-based performance company that works with business leaders and CEOs who want to upgrade and improve their sales, sales management, and performance of their executive teams.
Patti brings twenty-plus years of senior level business and sales experience to Stark and Associates' clients. Her experience as a top-grade professional salesperson and a highly successful senior sales manager enable her to bring a real world perspective to clients who are committed to achieving significant sales performance improvements and results.
Patti has become a sought after speaker on the topics of leadership development, communications, motivation, sales, and team performance.
Patti started her career in education.She then found herself drawn to management and later, senior management positions with IBM and SSE.Her emphasis on sales and the development of customer relations and retention programs have been the foundation of her successful track record.
She holds a BA degree from TuftsUniversity.Patti has been a member of The Women Presidents’ Organization and the Board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters, serves on the board of The Entrepreneurship Institute, and is the Vice President of the Board of the Alive Organization (Alternatives to Living in a Violent Environment).Patti has been recognized numerous times by Sandler Training® signifying her outstanding performance.
Suzie Andrews

Suzie Andrews, Sales and Training Associate/Partner, brings over 25 years of sales, sales management and senior management experience to Stark & Associates, Inc.
Suzie works with President’s CEO’s and business owners assisting them with the overall development and improvement of their sales organizations utilizing her personal experience and the “best practice” tools and processes of Stark & Associates.
Suzie began her business career as an entry level salesperson for a national payment services company. She was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year and quickly progressed to a senior account management position and top one or two in sales year after year. Her next move led her to a sales management position for another national payment services company where she progressed to the level of Senior V.P. of Sales. Her goals eventually led her to a career in Information Technology where she was hired to open a new territory and grew it into a seven state multi rep highly profitable territory. She continued to have great success selling, managing and leading a sales organization. Most recently she was the president of her own IT training and Development Company here in St. Louis. Since joining Stark & Associates, Inc. in March, 2003, Suzie is quickly establishing a client base made up of dynamic, growth-oriented St. Louis based businesses.
Suzie is currently involved with the following activities: United Way Board, Chair Women Business Owners United Way Women’s Leadership Initiative, Vice Chair Whitfield School Board, Chair Westbridge Bank Advisory Board, Advisory Board The Entrepreneurship Institute, Little Bit Foundation Board Member and Director of Development, The St. Louis Forum, and most recently, Social Venture Partners.
Suzie has become a sought after speaker in the St. Louis community talking to groups on topics such as Sales Leadership, A-Player Selling, Growing and Managing an Over Achieving Sales Team, and Effective Communication to name a few.
Suzie has a BA in communications with a minor in business from Loyola University in New Orleans. She is also a certified DISC instructor and trainer since 2004.
